Organic Raspberry Green Tea

This Fair Trade Certified organic loose leaf tea is visually stunning with its combination of dried red raspberries and organic green tea leaves. Even more stunning is the pink tinted infusion created by the berries. Don't worry; it really IS a green tea! The tart red raspberry flavor and hibiscus of this light-bodied infusion practically masks the green tea in the background. Like all of our tea blends, our Raspberry Green Tea uses only the highest quality teas, essential oils and botanical ingredients, ensuring an excellent cup every time!

Ingredients: organic and Fair Trade Certified Chinese green tea, organic raspberries, organic hibiscus, and natural raspberry flavor

What are Flavored Teas?

Our delicious flavored teas use the same top-quality organic tea that we offer in our unflavored varieties, but are blended with pieces of real fruit, spices, flowers, and 100% natural flavors. When blending our teas, our goal is to create a cup that balances the taste of the tea with the flavors of the additional ingredients so that neither one overpowers. All of the natural flavors we use are either extracts taken directly from the botanical ingredient, or extracted using 100% GMO-free grain alcohol as a solvent. You can rest assured that none of the flavors used in our blends are synthetically or artificially derived, and do not use artificial preservatives.

Steeping Instructions

At Arbor Teas, we believe tea should be brewed to suit your personal taste. We’re happy to make recommendations to get you started, but don’t hesitate to experiment! When brewing your tea, your main considerations are tea quantity, water temperature, and steeping time. We recommend green and white teas to be steeped for 2 to 3 minutes in water heated to not-quite-boiling, just as bubbles begin to form on the bottom of the pan (approximately 170 to 180 degrees F). For the best flavor, use fresh water whenever possible. Try not to steep your tea longer than necessary, as you’ll extract undesirable bitterness from the leaves. If you want a stronger brew, don’t steep longer, just use more tea. And don’t forget to re-steep your tea leaves to get the most out of your leaf!

  • Great fruity notes

Posted by My New Favorite Flavored Green Tea on 1st Sep 2020

I love green tea but sometimes want a fruity infusion to mix it up. I used to drink mango green tea but this raspberry is my new go-to. Does not taste artificial like some flavored teas do. I got the sample but will be back for the regular size soon.

  • Intensive aroma

I really loved the flavor and the smell. It is strong but I personally think it does not smell artificially. I think it smells great and natural. However, I realized that the taste is a little too sour for me. So, I would probably prefer to have less hibiscus in it. Other than that, it is another great tea in my collection.

  • Beautiful & delightful

Beautiful color with strong natural raspberry flavor. You would never guess this was a green tea. Great iced. For added fun in the summer, make it a mojito without the rum by adding mint. It's very refreshing this way. Per ounce mix in .25 ounces mint.

  • Raspberry Favor Stronger Thank I Expected

Posted by Sharon on 19th Mar 2016

Sometimes I like a hint of favor in my tea, but this was overwhelmingly raspberry. I kept pulling the dried fruit out and throwing them in a jar so I ended up with about one half to one third of the amount of dried raspberry, which I found more satisfactory. I'm still using up the dried fruit with my plain green tea...a nice addition.

  • Not for those used to subtle teas

Posted by Janet Hawkins on 6th Sep 2015

I ordered 10 oz of this tea months ago, thinking it would be a perfect alternative to my usual jasmine pearl and Japanese Gyokuro green teas, but it's still sitting untouched in the storage tin, save for the first pot I made. The flavoring is so overpowering and artificial-tasting that I can't bring myself to brew it.
